Shipping & Delivery

Well what can we say? We'll ship your product for you, and we'll even deliver it too (sorry no singing deliveries, not enough talent for that in this office). Or you have the option to come on by, chat for a while, have a cup of coffee and pick your signs up yourself. Our doors are always open... except at lunch time!

Privacy & Security

No need to worry about us sharing your private info - we are WAY too moral to do anything like that! Besides, no one has ever offered us enough money yet for a list of people's names who order signs to make it worth our while. Your secrets are safe with us.

Returns & Replacements, and Ordering

If you're not happy, then neither are we! We will return, or replace any order that leaves you feeling anything less than warm & fuzzy. As far as ordering goes, you can order on line, call it in, or come on in and grab another cup of coffee and we can talk signs, gossip or anything else on your mind.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We would appreciate it if you would pay us; we'd be more apt to take a second order from you that way. We'll say please but we won't beg! Our pricing is as low as we can go without putting ourselves out of business. But... in the improbable event that you find a lower price somewhere in the US (hey! China does NOT count), after we pick ourselves up off of the floor, we will match your price.

Viewing Orders

Ya know, we're not really sure what this part even means. But if you want to "view" your order, we can surely see what we can do. Just call and hang up on us, several times in a row, then call back and ask us if you can "view" your order online. We're sure we can figure it out.
